Ahh, I´m on H2G2 again

Spending 3 weeks in my hometown I had no opportunity to surf the web. Now I should learn for an exam I have next week, but what am I doing?!?!
Last week I was in Munich for 3 days. I´ve never been there before and I was really surprised that there are such a lot of things to see. Staying a week would have been better. Sure I went to the "Hofbräuhaus" ( It´s called the most famous restaurant of the world, I wonder if that´s true) and I ordered a "Maß"(1 litre of beer) . But apart from this really Bavarian stuff I also went in a galerie where some paintings from Franz Marc were shown (Take a look at my article!).
The people in Munich were extremely nice and friendly, I must say. They help you to find your way without beeing asked.

Tiramisu again

I can recommend the Tiramisu! It tasted really good and some people made me compliments about it. But there was also the remark:
" There are eggs in it and they are not cooked." Thus remember to take fresh eggs, because of salmonella (I did, all people felt good the next day and if not it was because of some other things available on this party 
).

GideML and Tiramisu

I´ve just finished my homepagemaking with GuideML. Jipeeh! It works!
The morning I´ve spent making Tiramisu for the birthdayparty I am invited to this evening. Anyone interested in the recipe? Here it is:
500 g Mascarpone
250 ml Kaffee
4 Eigelb
4 Eiweiß
100 g Puderzucker
1EL Zucker
Salz
6 EL Amaretto
150 g Löffelbiskuits
Kakaopulver
- Löffelbiskuits mit Kaffee bestreichen
- Eigelb. Zucker und Amaretto zu cremiger Masse schlagen und mit Mascarpone vermischen
- Eiweiß mit Prise Salz und 1EL Zucker steifschlagen und vorsichtig mit der Mascarponemischung mischen
- Lage Löffelbiskuit, Lage Creme .....
- mit Kakaopulver bestäuben und mindestens 4 Stunden kühlen
(Sorry, that I wrote it in German, but before I can translate it, I need a better dictionary.)
Next week I will comment on the Tiramisu. It´s the first time I tested this recipe, perhaps it´s awfull.
