Physics is explaining how physical phenomena work, this is normally done mathematically, as chaos theory is a mathematical way of explaining a physical phenomena I'd say yes its physics.

aha! actually i HAVE heard of those things, i just didn't associate the name with them...
i got a subpoena today. looks like i'm a witness. harrumph. bloody narker... (snicker) stupid felony cases. stupid subpoenas. oh well.
thanks for the positive thoughts, willem, i'm doing much better today (except the subpoena, but there's nothing i can do about it and thus it's not worth the energy to worry about it).

ALL crew members can sing the songs... they're ingrained into our brains. we hear them at least five times a day!

Hello again. Chaos theory is not used only to describe and understand physical phenomena. Like I said it is also used for making cool graphics and weird musical sounds and also other things. Because it is basically a kind of mathematics it can be applied to just about any kind of field of human enterprise. I'm applying it to interactions in human society, which does not entirely fall in the province of mainstream physics.
Hey, sea, I'm glad to know things are going better and I hope it is still so and it stays so. Still sending out lots of positive vibes. I would like to know more about that court case, though. Did somebody get hurt?

Hey where are you, sea? Two days without answer - I'm getting worried! I'm going to pop over to your place and make sure if you're still here!

anyway, the court case... hmm. i don't know if i should be talking about this on h2g2 where everything is permanent. and the guy involved is a researcher. so i think i'll just e-mail you, if you don't mind... is your address on your user page?

No, actually it's not. I actually posted it earlier on this very forum - maybe it's been wiped, or maybe it's still there. I'll check. Anyways I will add it to my userpage tonight. I'm guessing that it will not be a good idea to discuss the details in a public forum when the people involved are here and know who you are.
