It amazes me that you don't have you're very own stir fry chef creating beautiful meals for you every night.

I'm also amazed by this, considering how much I like stir fry Maybe I'm looking in the wrong places.

What Cumbria? Yeah perhaps. Perhaps it's the fact that you deserve the best stir fries, but you haven't yet found anyone who can serve one up?

I think I['ve find plenty of the right ingredients for a good stir-fry in my time, it's just combining them to make the perfect meal that seems to be a problem.
