Thanks B4 - that's some good guitar playing!
However, having gotten to know Flamenco from a dancer's point of view, I tend to favour tracks that include all the elements of Flamenco:
Singing
A good Flamenco singer alone is able to make people cry from the burden of suffering and pain transmitted by the singer
Guitar
A talented guitar player will be able to follow the singer and also perform some awesome solos
Drumming
There are some drummers out there who can create quite the Flamenco feeling just by hammering on a cajón

Dancing
The energetic hammering of nail-inforced soles on a (preferably) wooden floor, interpreting the lyrics of the singer
Jaléo
Which is people clapping intricate rhythm patterns (often syncopated) and encouraging singer or dancer with shouts of, among other expressions, 'Olé!'
Now, include all these elements into one package, and you'll have a Flamenco freak high as a kite
Now, back to the original topic - when it comes to Flamenco guitar players, I'm a firm fan of Paco de Lucia:

And when it comes to the latest news in Flamenco, my favourite site is this one:

One of these days, I'll purchase the videos (or DVDs or whatever formats that are available) made by Spanish film director Carlos Saura.
I've watched one of his films picturing Sevillanas (which isn't Flamenco, strictly speaking, but Spanish folk dance) and it was awesome.
