The first time I came here I didn't like it but the second time I knew what/where I was going and what to expect and for me it has been a very good experience/life.

semi retired now but I used to make pottery , now I just play with metal, I have a forge , anvil and a welding machine .I don't work so much now as i am getting on a bit and the body aches a bit but I love craft and can work in any media really.I even built this log cabin and my workshop outside .

11 am inside temp guage ? reads 29c yesterday went to 37 c and expecting the same today so cold soba for dinner tonight methinks

Well It's 10:40 in the am here in Nara, overcast today but no wind guessing about 28c out there, looks like a cooler day today newspaper says 32c max so thats good .

we are going to Kyoto later today to watch a big firework display over a big river should be fun

Don't think so as I don't carry a camera n I don't own a cell phone even
My wife has one but I don't want one. anybody want me can get me at home.
Think my11yr old daughter will wear a summer kimono for the first time

I'm in the middle of making a trifle to carry tonight cause we are partying with friends there but I burnt the blancmangeThought I had turned the gas off but I left it on low instead .
