Time to...

Time to say something. Don't you think? Well, as this seems to be a place mostly for me to write stuff for myself, I might as well say something I always wanted to hear: You are awesome. And cool. And majestic. If I were not myself, but a nice girl, I would really LOOOVE to go out with me someday. Maybe even tonight.

Time Flies

...or, as we say in fluent Latin, tempus fugit. There, wasn't that smart?
I guess I should stick with my own code of recording time I seemed to have adopted lately.
So back in March it was Monster Magnet.
In August, it was Velvet Revolver. A good show, but way too short, and having to wait for them to come on stage for more almost an hour after the support band was done was just a pain! So Monster Magnet is still the top of my list here.
And in December it will be Rammstein. Yay! Now I gotta go and do some workout so that my muscles are back where they belong in time for the show - on my arms, that is, rather than on my tummy (where they aren't muscles, but plain old fat...). I also have to practice my evil stare, so I can be cool for the show. Well, looking at my face when I shave should give me plenty time to practice.

Monster Magnet Concert

Oh, what a cool concert it was! My glasses almost broke (had to have'em straightened out by an optician the next day...) in a headbanger's collision. Was almost knocked out for a mo... Great sound, great songs, great people. The band was awesome, the singer "sacrificed" his guitar at the very end. As good as it could ever get!
People around me were smoking all kind of stuff. So the next day, when I had my glasses fixed, I used to opportunity to also have my eyes checked. The optician looked at my eyes and exclaimed: "My, you have big pupils!" (I took it as a compliment.) Then she asked whether I was on medication, and I said no. Only the next day did I realize that there might have been a connection between all this...

Yes Yes Yes!!!
I will be going to the show next Thursday! It will be MONSTERMAGNET coming to Berlin, and I will be there! YAY!
From what I heard of the most recent album, the show has just gotta be the bestest!
There will be two support bands (Gluecifer, The Quill), and then, of course, MM - so it looks like a good long night of rock!
