Or worse yet, you could hold out a threat of me doing a portrait in 10 minutes at 6 am, like the Radish one of me... If I get a photo to work from... Would that work to get the Great Posting Race mentioned somewhere where everyone can see? (We won!!!!!) (Ahem...Sorry...)

*grins*
It may have said so but what they can't see is the water squirter behind my back Besides that other picture got censored with such a HUGE censor logo that it looks as if my arse is even worse/more suspicious as you well knew!!!
*grins at Amy P*
Do I get to colour the picture in again using the vegetable of my choice?

Would that make it a better bribe, if Abi's colored in with vegetables?
But the next meet I send a self-portrait to will get one of much better quality (maybe it'll even look like me...) I could email another copy of the old one to you to color in, if I haven't deleted it ... And if a certain fairy emailed me! You said that if I gave you my address instead of making you look for it (although other people have found it with no trouble) you'd email me within the hour... Or haven't you gotten around to checking your fan club?

[Vennels is the best place for cakes... practically in the world...
Perhaps we should have our next meetup there...
Although cafe continental is good as well, Tink.]

If anyone's getting bribed with a Lotus it should be me.
Er... Elise or Esprit?

J'au-æmne Posted Oct 16, 2001
Hmm... *wonders what she must do to get people to want to bribe her*

Hey how come I never get bribed to drive you Lotus? Pah...
I'm a responsible driver! I've studied enough drivers you see, watched them all closely, I have excellent rallying techniques and can take corners completely flat...
*dreams of chocolate cake from Vennels*
Mmmmm...

IanG Posted Oct 18, 2001
Is that taking corners flat as in 'flat spin'?
Oh, no, hold on, that would be me on the Nurburgring... (Actually I didn't spin it - the crash barrier got in the way first, so I was still pointing forwards when we eventually came to a halt.)

That's nothing! I can take Ian's Lotus past Range Rovers with minimal clearance and at high speed!!
(Sorry about that Ian! I hope your nerves have recovered now! )
Uni!!!
Solsbury Posted Oct 18, 2001
You've not tried taking it under range rovers then
Still plenty of things you can do in a range rover that the lotus isn't capable of (even if going very fast isn't one of them )

Bagpuss Posted Oct 18, 2001
Yes, any shopping trips or family outings to the sea-side are much easier in a Range Rover.

Not at all, I just have heard about the idle boasts of some Lotus Owners' Club members...
Key: Complain about this post
