I am confused by "whale nuts" - do you mean walnuts?

In "Hungarian Meat Pancakes" you mention:

Yes, I meant walnuts... I always have spelling issues with them.

That's strange, I was sure I took out the chicken liver completely, but I remember hootoo had loading problems at that time so it obviously didn't take the change.

2nd paragraph: 'a Palatschinken'
Palatschinken is the plural form, Palatschinke is singular
You could leave the 'a' away and just say 'different things to put into Palatschinken', if you want to use the plural form.

section about basic fillings:
'When people eat Palatschinken at home, their most common filling is jam, more often apricot. '
That does say it's apricot jam, right, not just apricots as such? I'm not sure about what that sentence means.
