I'm sub-editing "Anarchy Online" at A87763648. I've done most of the sub-editing at this stage. I've a few questions about sentences I didn't fully understand.

"Additionally, players can go on missions against the opposing faction, which can be received in all towns and lead to small instanced dungeons for teams or single players which are scattered all over the planet."

-- Who or what can be received? Is it the missions, or the opposing faction?

Is is the small instanced dungeons that are scattered all over the planet?

"There are in all nine battle stations around Rubi-Ka; each can be accessed by players of a different level range."

What do you mean by the second half of this sentence?

"Every player with the Lost Eden expansion can order a battle Mech to fight with or anti-vehicular or anti-personnel turrets at any time."

Can you explain what you mean by a turret?

The missions can be received there.

Yes, the small instanced dungeons (which are the missions) which are scattered all over the planet.

The battle stations:
There are nine of them and to each one only players of a certain level range have access. For instance the highest one is for players of a level range of 210-220 (as far as I can remember). This ensures that no very low level character meets a too high character who would kill them with one hit.

A turret is a cannon/machine gun (or whatever) that stays fixed on one place and is operated by a person.

OK, I understand what you mean about battle stations and turrets.

Missions:

The missions take place in the small instanced dungeons which are scattered all over the planet. So what do you mean by saying the missions are received in towns. It's the use of the word "received" I don't understand. Do you mean that your player is assigned the mission? Does some other character offer you the mission? Or is it done by picking up a book? Or using some object?

In all towns and some outposts there are so-called mission terminals. You interact with the terminal, there are sliders for how togh the mission will be and such and then you get a collection of a few missions with different objectives and at different locations and you also see the reward you will get for finishing the mission. You can choose one of these missions, or click the button again and get a new collection of choices. The higher your level the further away from your current location the mission will be, so often you travel quite a lot.

Ah, that makes sense. It shouldn't take me much longer to finish the sub-editing, so.

OK, I've finished the sub-editing now. Would you like to look through it to make sure you're happy? I had to make quite a few minor changes.

Levelling is not necessarily repetitive. It is most of the time, yes, but not necessarily.

The header 'levelling on Rubi-Ka' is not quite right. Alien Invasion is also on Rubi-Ka and also not all things in these paragraphs talk about levelling. The Dust Brigade for isntance is usually played by end level players who can get no more levels.
I know that you try to make the first section (RK and the Notum Wars) less long but to me this kind of split doesn't make sense in context.

In the profession sections, Metaphysicists:
is 'the ability to use nanoprograms' (what I wrote) and 'the nanoprogram-using ability' (what you wrote) really the same?

Yes.

Sorry, to me it sounds different.

I'm still thinking about your splitting of the first section. I don't really agree with it. Maybe it can be done differently.

I also don't really like what you made of my very last header.

OK, I've changed that phrase back to "the ability to use nano-programs". I changed it because the sentence is a bit long and unwieldy, but it's not a big deal and it's back the way you want it now.

The Rubi-Ka and the Notum Wars section is too long as it stands, so I introduced a sub-header. I can remove the sub-header if you like, but I think it benefits from a sub-header at this point. You can suggest a different sub-header, or I can remove it.

"I also don't really like what you made of my very last header" - I'm sorry, but you had used a header for a quotation. That's not what headers are for. I thought that putting it into standard quote format would be enough. Have you any other suggestions?

We're hoping to put this entry live this weekend, so I'd appreciate getting these issues sorted soon.

Ok, the last header I think should be: In tune with the Xan
(that was the 2nd option for the header i thought of when I wrote this Entry because it's something appearing in a Dust Brigade instance)

And the 'levelling on Rubi-Ka' maybe just 'free to play' (as RK content doesn't have to be payed for) or alternatively 'a planet to explore' or 'exploring the planet'. Pick what you like. I'll go on thinking if I can find something better.
