Oh yes, I've got much to write when I'm here... although I'm always doing my homework at the same time.
As you see: yes, I speak English... at least I hope that it's English, but everybody seems to understand me, so it must be English...... sorry
May I offer you some and ?
I'm sorry that I wasn't here yesterday, but I had to hand in a plan for uni...
My 's name is Muzi, which means nothing else than cat. (of course cat in German is Katze, but when we call them we say "muzmuzmuz" or "muzi, muzi" (comes from an old German word for cat, if you are interested))

At least in Austria we say "muzmuzmuz".
Oh no, why should it? I just wasn't online yesterday, seems like everybody wondered where I was, but I came home from uni at 23.45 (!!!) and just wanted to go to sleep.

I know what you mean, we do that too sometimes, but only when they are close, because you can't really do that sound loud. When we call out, let's say into the garden, then we call "muzmuzmuz", in some kind of singsang.

in that case its "here kitty kitty kitty, puss puss, din dins" i think muz muz is much better! back to the other post, i thought after i posted in german (quite badly i may add) that maybe it might be taken as being a mickey take, i dont know... havent spoken written or read or listened to german since being at school.

No, I didn't take it as being a mickey take, I'd never do. I can imagine how difficult it is to learn Geman, for I learned French at school. If I whold have to say something in French today...
May I ask you how long ago school was for you?

yes you may...........5yrs ago but that was for exams so last time i used german probably more like 6, it was mainly the grammer and when to use the correct words (when there is multiple options).

For me in French it was manly that I knew too little words. I couldn't say half of the things I whould have needed in the test, in the grammar-parts of the tests I was better. I also had many problems with spelling... I don't know why they need 10 letters when they speak only 3 or so of them...

at primary school i was supposed to learn french(and sarted to didnt like it so quit) it is meant to start off hard and get easier and german is meant to be the opposite. i think in german i can roughly describe myself and ask for directions plus very basic stuff. in french, pretty much just the french english words; cafe, fiance those type of things, i know a few other words in other languages but thats it. if i have got it right you can speak etc, 3 languages?

Yes, at least I should... actually I speak only German and English, I don't think that French counts, although I had it for 4 years. We can't choose our subjects at school like you can, I had to take either French or Latin, so I took French, English is standard, everyone has to learn it (more or less).
The only thing I read in French today are the warning stickers on the train ("don't open the door before the train has stopped", "emergancy break"...)

When I'm lucky they are... the problem is that I have to change the train once, so if the first one is late I miss the second one

I think so, but I'm not sure... it's a bit queer, don't you think? BUt they do much queerer things with jeans, I once saw that they shoot at them with guns...
