Hi.
Ran home, changed, got into the pool with Elektra, and nobody else, as it was completely empty.
Am now sitting in my apartment in pyjamas. Too lazy to get dressed again.

Yes, it's lovely out today, and the water wasn't too cold. It's not heated, and the nights have been chilly, but it was warm in the sun.

good
I'm alone at home again... did I tell you? I don't like that in the evening. My parents made me all worried about burglars.

Oh, dear...for how long will you be alone?
Do you have a burglar alarm?

Until Monday.
And no, we don't.
I'm slightly worried because of summer again, then my parents will be gone for 6 weeks again. I never liked being alone in the evening. I start hearing things in the house and so and lie awake to listen and think about what I do when they enter my room...

This is not a good thing to wonder. I'll bet you're safe.
But if you don't feel safe, leave lights on. That discourages them.
Sorry I'm slow. Elektra's trying to learn how to play the game, but she's using her computer.
Elektra is mean to computers. Hers doesn't work very well.

Yes, I know...that's the first thing you have to get over when you start to live alone. You do the sensible thing, and don't worry about it, because that way madness lies.
And Elektra's trying to get it together so she can join us tomorrow. But her mousepad is so wobbly, it drives me nuts.

yes, you're right. But since the thing witht he burglars my worries got bigger.
oh dear. I hope she can make it. What about simply removing the mousepad for now?

Dmitri Gheorgheni, Post Editor Posted May 25, 2007
Did you actually have burglars one time?
No, not the pad under the mouse. The mousepad on the notebook computer. The pad that you use instead of a mouse.

No, but some others around us. One who lives a few houses away was in the cellar and when he walked up the stairs he looked at the burglar in the living room.
Ah! Buy a mouse for the laptop, that's easier to handle A thing like that for playing would drive me nuts, too.

Hi, docanwot. I see you are new here on hootoo and you may see that in this thread are only Dmitri and I and we would like to keep it like that. If you want to talk please either go to a 'public' thread or you can write one of us a message.
To your question: I have no idea what you mean.
Please leave this thread, it's nothing against you. On hootoo may be no personal threads, but some people still like to have something close to it, like this here.

To Tav: She bought a mouse, but it doesn't work.
To docanwot: Nah, they can't throw you off...but there are people who'll flame you.
Not me, I kind of like it...
