Did nothing at all by way of housework yesterday and had a good night's sleep.

Walked to Tesco's (10mins) and back this morning in the glorious sunshine, if cold but enjoyed browsing for bargains with no Mum to worry about.

See how I go tonight will try and pace myself definitely no heavy housework

There is a very clear warning in your post: Housework is bad for you. I always suspected as much.

The Govt. does enough scare mongering. Provided you are fit it is good therapy for anger and frustration but I don't suffer from that much these days, so it gets done when I feel like it, or when the need for it shows!

A very old neighbour of mine years ago said it will still be there when you are gone so I don;t worry about it any more.

Of course the 'youngsters' employ someone else these days to do housework, ironing and gardening
