Is it a plain herring, or is it in some sort of a sauce?

Ivan the Terribly Average Posted Sep 14, 2007
Mustard sauce might help too.

mm.. sauce would drip all over .. or in .. or .. well.. wherever.
and the idea of running around town with a dead herring around your neck is .. somewhat fishy

*puffs back in after a stinky day at w**k*
blimey you lot... it's brown paper, rubbed with goose-fat and then wrapped round your chest that is good for colds and flu. Plus you have to tie a sweaty sock around your neck.
But that could be more of a warning to others to stay away from you.
Anyway, I got this Erkältungstee for so you can have some too if you like, Hati.

have some more then, you can never have enough Erkältungstee.
(just realised, 2 posts with untranslated German words, hope the don't get me)
For the nice mods: <--- normal variety
Erkältungstee = tea for people with colds to relieve their symptoms

muchly!
I don't think they'd want you for that. Sometimes I think they stay away from me.
Though I remember in the early days of moderation we got almost a whole thread moderated where we were discussing the origins of the names of the weekdays. You can't really discuss it without naming those. Statistically it turned out that the most offencive weekday was Tuesday, at least in Estonian.

want to risk it? What's Tuesday in Estonian?
(if you don't want to risk it, I can ask my colleague on Monday)

Teisipäev. Nothing horrible I'd say. Means more or less 'the second day'.

and
life is ticking along as usual, fighting with the Gruesomes, not fighting with the Gruesomes, fighting with , not fighting with , hating my job, not... no, just hating my job
But in a few weeks I should be off to good ol' blighty so my mum can take care of us. And I'm about to do some woodworking, which always makes me
How are you now?

Hati Posted Sep 15, 2007
Yeah, life as usual.
I decided that I have had enough of being and started the usual weekend hassle. Plus all that that hasn't been done during my exile in the underblanketland. So younger generation is hiding and I am making a lot of noise. And pancakes.
Having said that I must admit that I am still not flu-less yet, so probably I should have another and a break.
Key: Complain about this post
