I just came hopping over from the Translation page where there seems to be a nice level of bitterness.
A while back I actually managed to talk the Italics into letting us have other languages as long as a translation was posted as well and we kept our own moderators around.
The creation that followed was The Language Thing= A1145477
We've currently got departments for
French
German
Spanish
Danish
Latin
English for non-native speakers
Mandarin
and we're soon going to have Portugese and Dutch.
I was wondering if you would like to be a part of the language thing. We are always in short supply for speakers and it would be great to get more people involved as currently the place is a little bit stagnant...but not too much! I mean we are there and everything!
