St.Peter- Back Again...!!!
See the email for details...
I just dropped in to tell you the next project in the 'grand plan' is to open the Celestial Arms !!!
Hopefully, it will be a place where newcomer's can come in the initial stages and will give them the confidence to leap into other forums. Like the Newcomers Page, but doesn't effectively call 'time gentlemen please...' after a week...
I will hopefully get my hands on some serious graphics programmes in the next couple of weeks, and I will see if I can come up with gifs showing Heaven H.Q, Celestial Arms et al...!!!
If you have any suggestions for the mythical hangout of Gods, Deities & assorted hanger's-on 'the Celestial Arms'. I would love to hear them...

St.Peter - Greetings !!!
I've been messing around with the promised art package and unfortunately there isn't enough room to store it to run it...
However, I came across a jpg of wine bottles the Patron Saint of Alcoholic Indulgence just might like...
[Broken link removed by Moderator]
Also, I've bunged up the GA logo here...

I've also found some others to illustrate all the different threads at Heaven, so I might start sprucing (...or indeed Brucing ) up the page...

hey there!
i just dropped by Heaven, and BOY, DOES IT LOOK ~GREAT~!!
i have to go away for a few hours, but i'll be back in about 4...
i like BOTH those jpegs- thanks for the bottles!
are you EVER Going to respond to that 'suggestion' i made in the email??
your silence on the subject is baffling!
i'm just gonna wander back over to the ap. thread, where i've been sitting on the hard ground for a day and a half, waiting for a certain "deity" to perform a ceremony!
see you there!

GOD Posted Jul 18, 2000
St.Peter - Thanks...
I'll do the Saints Ceremony soon...given that it is now 6:30 a.m presently, and I've been awake all night, I'm not promising anything !!! ---->
If you are referring to the suggestion about Fashion Cat as Herald - Agreed...
If you are referring as to other saint should be able to access the Archangels egroup - I think it's up to the Archangels !!!
...and any other suggestions appear to have been lost in the mists of time & space...
BTW If you are having trouble setting-up a time for your egroup chats. Why not put a thread at Heaven for others to respond to at the time that is when they usually log-on for (...and also what days & how long they are usually on-line). Now if you go to the guide entry the GMT time you posted will be present. So you will have a rough guide as to when people are usually logged-on !!!
Alright, I admit that probably didn't make sense, but I'm just a littl....Zzzz,Zzzz,Zzzz...

heya! i WAS referring to fc- glad you agree! you probably ought to perform the ceremony, and maybe incorporate it with this next sainting, since she'll be on soon. as soon as she gets here, the cat's outta the bag- so to speak! (since i haven't breathed a word to her regarding the suggestion- in case you disagreed)
well now that that's taken care of... care to visit the egroups chat?
i see you've let mad gerald back out of his cage...

St.Peter - Thankfully, Fashion Cat performed the last ceremony...
It certainly taxes the mind after doing 15x of them...
BTW you are VERY brave to sign up for Mad Gerald's 'Gameshow', I don't think he evens knows what's going to happen !!!
I would like to join in on the Egroups forums, but I'm afraid the computer crashes everytime I attempt to...

...spend half an hour looking for a dancing Cactus online, not just any Dancing Cactus mind, one with shades...
Hello !!!
I just dropped by in regards to the Mexican Gameshow...
I was intending to run it in the Post, but I'm unsure whether to make it a 2 hour 'live' show or to post the questions over 3 consecutive days... It would be fun though to set aside 2 hours for more real interaction. What do you think ?
Also, do you have any ideas as to some games for the different rounds ?
It will be a clash between a dating game/pure capitalist lust for money & consumer durables quiz & a desperate grab for fame South Americana style !!!
Also, I was thinking of also putting in the Post an Online Version of Suvivors !!!
Over 5 or 6 weeks about 10 people will be split into 2 groups and forced to survive major disasters whilst trying to become a network star !!!
At the end of every week, a Immunity Challenge will take place & the wider community will vote who gets the chop !!!
I think I'll go and see my shink now...

I've found a new tool called Cool 3D, which makes the gifworks banners look second rate...
I still messing about with it presently, but here is one I've done for you so you can have a look...

It is probably chews to much data at the moment, but when I get it down I'll make you another one...

Marshall Law...!!!
Matthew Kershaw Posted Jul 21, 2000
Oh, before I jag outta here...
I was wondering whether you would like to be a Marshall in the upcoming Survivor Online !!!
Basically, you will look after the 'Yapong' tribe...
Keeping them up-to-date with the Immunity Challenges, keeping some semblance of reality, feeding them plot lines if they get lost, generally making sure everything is kept entertaining...
BTW You will also have the opportunity to kill of one adventurer & inflict misfortune on the others...
So, you couldn't miss out on that !!!
GOD-almighty will also keep the survivors updated with weather forecasts, which should be interesting...
Plus, you will be assigned a probing camera man, guarranteed to be intrusive...
So, can I rely on you to inflict 'Marshall Law' !!!

Marshall Law...!!!
Archangel Zax Posted Jul 21, 2000

Archangel Zax Posted Jul 21, 2000
i've been trying to figure out something for the mexican thing, but i'm blanking. tho the more it has to do with tequila the better!
how about a treasure hunt? people could hide things in their pages, and others would have to go find them?
hm
ok.
i'm way too tired.. i'll sleep on it, what say?
Marshall Law...!!!
Matthew Kershaw Posted Jul 22, 2000
Great !!!
I could do with some Archangel 'cool' when the obvious food supplies run out...!!!
Yes, your suggestion is a good one, I had a similar one planned for the Survivor Challenges...
i.e. I'll go around and leave an idol on threads somewhere and have a cryptic clues in the maibox...
I also wanted to mention I have a Java clock in a book I have, I was intending to put in on the Mex page
so people could work out the GMT when they log-in...
That said the site might not accept it, but if it works I'll bung it on a page and/or send you the data...

St.Peter - Hello !!!
I have been busy going around and handing out personal invites to the 50th GA party but I can't load Tweetie's Page or Kornball's...
Do you think you could have a try to tell them...?
Thanks.

Hi,
Just popped in about that clock I was going to use, it unfortunately only shows your computers internal time...
However I found this brillant Java clock...

I'm on a Mac at the moment so I can't install it at Deja yet, but the blurb says you can set it for G.M.T...
So, if I get that running El Amor O El Dinero might yet be live to air...
Oh...and you might be able to schedule your egroup chats with A LOT less hassle...
