Sleep problems

You can call me TC - did you guess from my Hallowe'en name? (I can thrill lids)

Hi, BBS. It was JEllen who had problems with sleep. Although basically everything on hootoo is public, I didn't think it polite to publicise her journal on an ask forum.

Thanks for those. I think you're probably right about not publicising them in the Ask forum.

Interesting they mention the Paul McKenna CDs. I picked up a copy of "Instant Confidence" back in January and have been listening to it quite a lot. I'd agree they're quite good. I also borrowed "I can mend your broken heart" and "Control Stress" just to see what else he had to say and what types of exercises they have. Was wondering if there might be something I could do with it to transfer to my golf!

Quite often back in Feb/Mar I used to fall asleep listening to it on my MP3 player. But when he got to the end and said "WAKE UP NOW" it would wake me up to turn the player off but of course was about 20 mins after I'd fallen asleep, and the last thing I wanted to be doing even if I did go straight back off.

More recently I started listening to it before I got up. At about 5:45. Figured I might as well put that time to good use ...
