So I lost my glasses the other day.
'How?' - good question!
I got to the science lab and realised the zip on my bag where I keep my case was hanging ominously open.
Somewhere between the car , the train, the station and the walk to college , they'd dropped out.
So I have the choice of either typing these journals out with my nose near pressed up against the screen (I hadn't realised quiet how short-sighted I'd become - was at the pub yesterday and couldn't read any of the beer taps from across the bar! And this was before we stated drinking!)
Or I can go the other route and where my prescription sunglasses, indoors, whatever the weather night or day. Which looks mighty silly but at least I can see.
Besides I've looked silly before. At least now if anyone asks I have a genuine reason.

silly waering glasses eh! more silly not to......... I have worned glasses for most of my life, and with great susseccessie, I can pull a women @200 yards, trouble is it's only till they get to 2-3 feet can I tell just how good looking they are I relly must get some new glasses I think

Whenever one of my friends complains of getting wrinkles, I tell 'em I can make their wrinkles vanish in a snap. When they take the bait, I take my glasses off.

Been measured for a new set of specs.
Apparently my right eye has deteriorated slightly but otherwise my prescription is unchanged.
I should get them back next week!
