*she barely manages to avoid hitting a moose standing suddenly in the middle of the road*

*"Spiffy piece of driving, that!"
Suddenly remembers that there's a piano on the back of the truck.
"Hmmm, it looks okay, but maybe we should unload it, what with the wildlife popping up and all. I wonder where that moose came from"
A building looms ominously up on the left, as buildings are wont to do.*

The moose must've come from that forest all around us... But what's with that building??

What would a moose be doing in the forest? I thought they lived in bars That building though - I don't remember ever seeing it there before, and I don't like surprises.....

But then again, have you been around here before? And what's wrong with surprises?

*a very unpleasant sound is heard from somewhere around the building*

On second thought... I don't think I like surprises either...

I haven't been here before, but that building gives me a feeling of anti-deja vu. It's very disturbing.
*Smoke starts billowing around the building, and bizarre lights flick in rapid randomness*
Hey why are we dtill here! Can't you find the accelerator?

*looks down to her feet*

No, I'm driving as fast as I can...

Bloody big building.......I'm not sure I want to be near it when those lights stop. Or maybe it's a spaceship - you should know you're the expert.....

Hmm... If it is it's something I've never seen before... Which doesn't mean it couldn't be... Must be some ancient model...

The ground is rent asunder (a cool phrase, I couldn't resist) as the building slowly starts to rise, pulls free of the Earth and then settles back down again, with not a sound to be heard.
"My, but that was odd."

*Alien brings the truck to a screeching halt before the crash into the building. An ominous silence descends, gets tangled in the trees, and eventually makes its way to the ground. As a replacement for the ominous noises, it's not much of an improvement.
