I need some help and it appears you know the secret!.......How do you change colors and fonts on your homepage! Is that HTML, or can it be done with GuideML?

OK...I found the GuideML for color....now I have another problem.

Near the bottom of my page, I tried to use the exact same GuideML code to get color...and it didn't work! What's up with that?
