It's a shame the course has been set back even further now. I was hoping it would help me in turning my life around and mastering those interviews.
I agree its good to have things you do seperately and other things you like to do together. However, its a bit off when one has made the efort to see the other and they go off golfing in the only time you see each other.

Greet triumph and disaster and treat those two imposters just the same and so on and so forth. You will get there in the end
Ok, that does seem a bit bad.

I wonder where the end is. Do you have a crystal ball I may borrow? It would make me feel like I could relax and not worry about things.
I am quite open about my feelings and have told him off. As I said to his father 'I feel we are going through a love hate relationship', to which his father retorted 'that's normal isn't it'. I guess everyone goes through these things. I just feel a bit frustrated that men dont open up as much at times. As my mother says 'with you there appears to be only black and white', yep I don't like grey hence my trouble with non-structure and my issues with work. I'm hoping you follow.

No crystal ball, barely any time spare to contemplate what lies ahead, just deal with it
Hope your not being too irritated by life's grey areas at the moment

By talking things through I've come to realise that I am not alone, have been going for the wrong jobs and have only just started tapping on the right doors.
Take Care

So does that mean things are good in the world of opti?
PSG is a bit ill at the moment, but other than that fine.

In life there is two ways in which to see things.
The positive: I am well, have family and other great people around me who are supportive...
The negative: I have no job, I've little self-esteem, I feel like if a person looks at me they feel I'm doing something wrong...
I guess I just have to be aware of what needs changing and act on that while remaining positive. This is not easy.

Those are some good positives
The job thing is just unfortunate, and all you can do is keep looking. As for the self esteem if you cannot realise when people see you they see a great person you need a better mirror

I'm trying.
I wonder whether it was the fact I cracked a mirror at Uni that gave me these bad years.
I think if people took the time like you, Unc and Andy to know me they may see an interesting person. However, people don't usually have the time to get to know others these days and I probably come accross as negative, unsmiling and tell things like they are. Some people seem back stabbing and some drivers get really close to me even if I'm doing the speed limit. It's difficult to trust sometimes.
somebody I know recently suggested life was like a mirror and on looking at it you see yourself. If thats the case then I must really dislike myself at times.
Perhaps you and the family may like to come and stay with me and andy in his house one day.

I don't think that would be it
Then those people who don't spare the time are the losers
It would be great to come and see you two, though we do rather fill houses at the moment. W will have to see what we can sort.

for being supportive
there's plenty of time to sort stuff out. We still haven't got the kitchen fitted yet.

You two must be taking it in turns to go on the internet this evening
I do miss our talks and I understand having a family must be hectic ...Well done on obtaining a job. I hope you and your family are enjoying each others company, time and things aren't too stressful.

Dare I ask if the house has been suitably polished yet?
We are actually house hunting, hence the recent lack of h2g2 time.
Hope you are well and all is fine with Opti.
We are all ok, just rushed off our feet
