I see now that "while" can mean something like "until" in Yorkshire

So it could be "A side of bacon is no good until it is hung - and neither is a Yorkshireman"

But that doesn't sound right. Why would I want to hang a Yorkshireman?

IF I should learn another language it would be Spanish. Probably easier for me than Chinese, Russian and French I reckon

I actually can't understand Yorkshire lingo in it's basic's
As a "kid" I bought a book on "our" dialect I couldn't even read the first page
I can speak a lot of itBUT! To actually read what I'm saying = what the!!!

Don't try the Low German I grew up with then
