How was that for service? I had suffered a complete meltdown of the hard drive. Basically due to it being a fairly old machine which has had far too much use.

Very clever fixed it up! (although for a geek he resembled more a sort of greek god) - maybe that is my bias because he saved me from twitching away with no internet access from the house.

I think he managed to save all my data as well - he's installed new everything - brought it round to my house this morning. Yay! I wouldn't have got it fixed this quickly or this cheaply back in the UK.

So thank you all for your concern - and you can all carry on as before - there's nothing to see here. . .
