Yes I have and no it isn't. However, we can but try 
I "rationalised" several things in mum's kitchen during the night and I'm not sure what the response will be 
Are you managing to rest your hand/wrist? Is it your wrist that's bad rather than your hand?

I'm sure she'll tell me about it later.
It's my hand. But I suspect typing isn't helping, so I'm keeping the whole lower ar immobile, as far as possible. Sigh.
