I never have the sound on, and no vibration, either because it's so startling, so all I get to see is that little envelope.

Well, if something really urgent happened, I'd miss it this way, I only very rarely check my mobile.

Well, my mobile requires quite a lot of energy since I joined h2g2 so sometimes it just has to switch itself off...

Well, there's one advantage: I go offline sometimes and so have time to eat 
or rather something else (there is no joghurt-smiley!)
