Sure Awix you're more than welcome. I think there is still room for that barrel in the kitchen on the right, and there are plenty of tubular sofa's in the lounge, you might even be able to get a whole one to yourself.

Last I checked Cuba was under an embargo from my country. So I cannot get any cuban girls over here.

Fortunately this party comes under UK jurisdiction so invite them over, we have no embargo in place.
