Still dunno ? as all the "old ones" have left hootoo for many reasons.

The "new" media sites EVERYONE puts their entire history and whereabouts etc online

I know what you mean, an old school friend used to put everything her kids did online, where they went to school, what they did after school, who their friends were, what they did at the weekend, then scream about pervs following her younger son

It's like I say to friends/folk in general"they" can say owt "they" want about me on social media
1. I can't read it! Co's I'm not on it.
2. Who cares ? I don't

When anyone says etc! "while they're talking about me, they're not talking about anyone else"
I always reply:- It's WHEN they STOP talking about me, that's when I worry

That's why very few people know who I really am on the internet, you are one of the chosen few

I can say in all honesty!
If the internet self destructed and went out of existence - I have snail mail addresses of certain friends
Contact etc would be "slower"(and I'd HAVE to use a bloody penExcluding xmas/b/days)
But! that friendship would still exist and continue

I'd love the return of snail mail. What do we have to leave our kids. Our parents and grandparents left letters and diaries for the kids to read, what do we have, emails and blogs. I'm writing a diary but that's all

Since school etc, I've never been good at writing "freehand"
I have always had a tendency to mix lower and upper case letters when writing.
(probably seen over the years with b'day/xmas cards sent to you)

It's always readablebut not neat as such

Once had a "toy" typewriter as a kidbut! Who needs to write letters as a kid ?

My granddad was a magnificent writer of words etc
Then againhe used to be the wages manager of a large firm at one time
