no, he's got a asdl router and I've been setting him up with broadband, but something is amiss, it will not accept his log-in and isp accout and password and I've come to a blank, so he is asking someone who he goes to for repairs etc for info

got him on to Plusnet, same has me and a mate, but I don't think its their side at fault

I'm with BT and we've had no problems really

my modem is a Binatone adsl500, and it just went spot on, he has a asdl router and I'm not up on them as such, but it hasn't put anything ie-icon on his desktop and windows kept saying there could be a problem, but the boxes didn't stay on long enough to read

Try re installing

I think he's getting a bloke from a small shop, in on it, he's already put a ?card in it for a fiver, to do with router/net etc, its now getting beyond me
