years ago, in my local pub/bar, when we were having a after hours drink(err! most nights)if anyone knocked at the door, the landlord went to answer of course! I followed and one of the so called "in guys" said "why do you follow George", my reply was :- if anyone comes to the door uninvited, George might not be able to stop them entering, neither can I because of size and build, but at least I can slow them down, till either George gets up, or you get off your arse and come to help.....

I've always avoided confrontation..best I could ever really do with my skill level is to slow folk down..then bleed all over the place
