This is the machine that I was thinking of, prof. I have one of these and I can use it for a short time even with the limited leg use that I have. Best thing is that I can lift it onto the table and use it with my hands to exercise the cardio-vascular stuff.

fine Bob, nothing that a re-bore and de-coke wouldn't put rightplus an oil change

De-coke isn't a problem, a double dose of Lactulose should do that.

Re-bore, likewise, a triple dose of lactulose on top of a good portion of mushy peas should do that.

Oil change; well you could try smoked mackerel with tiger buns, but watch out for the bones or you'll double up on the other two.
