What I notice is they notice the notice, and they post to say they noticed the notice, but there's many more who have not noticed the notice, or not posted to say they have noticed the notice, so many more may have noticed the noticed, but have not said they have noticed the notice.

but you may not notice that some who notice the notice, copy the notice and pass the notice on to their friends so they can notice the notice, that way the notice gets noticed more.
