Well hey, its just a theory. Or is it the truth? Can we really be sure that chickens didn't invent time travel, and then forgot all about it. Yes, they look deceptive in their little feathery bodies but......
Well, lets just say, keep an eye on them....

Oh, peachy, peachy, peachy! I like this - but then as the author of Hellmans' Anachronism I would, wouldn't I?
Y'all will have realised that I am ambling through here trying to establish whether or not my idea of what is suitable for the Underguide is the same as everyone elses. I personally like this. It explains perfectly where the eggs for the mayo came from!
Anyways. Thanks for writing it.
And any other Underguiders passing through this way - do you agree or disagree that this would be suitable for the UG if the UG actually existed?

Whoa! Hello there,
Sorry for the considerable delay in responding to these! I was, regrettably, abducted by the militant wing of the Chicken Time Travel Association, after they read my story.
Oh well, i managed to escape, and feel (as well as look) 10 years younger.

This is great!
You know the first solution isn't quite a surpirse and it always made me angry that not everybody just answered with egg.
But I just love your second idea. It's just about crazy enough to be great! And really who knows...?

Wonderful. Why can't every researcher who comes along posts one article and leaves write this well. This is exactly the sort of elvis authored entry that it would be foolish to get rid of. Pity 'Hellmans...' has already been up, this would have been great to go with it.
