Another entry about Istanbul. This was in Peer Review. I withdrew it because I was disheartened by how long the publishing process took, but I've been persuaded to just leave it in there for as long as it takes.

I think he'd be the Chancellor of the Exchequer in the UK.

Your Guide Entry has just been picked from Peer Review by one of our Scouts, and is now heading off into the Editorial Process, which ends with publication in the Edited Guide. We've moved this Review Conversation out of Peer Review and to the entry itself.
If you'd like to know what happens now, check out the page on 'What Happens after your Entry has been Recommended?' at EditedGuide-Process. We hope this explains everything.
Thanks for contributing to the Edited Guide!

Sorry Tav. I don't think I ever sent any photos for this. I have a few nice ones. I'll try and send them tomorrow.

hm, I don't understand what always goes wrong there, I again didn't receive an email from you. Could you please tell me how big the email was?
Congratulations - Your Entry has been Recommended for the Edited Guide!
Gnomon - time to move on Posted Dec 27, 2015
The e-mail wasn't big - about 500KB. This time the problem seems to have been with my mail program. I checked my Sent box and there was nothing there. So I sent the photos again, and as soon as I did, the original message from this morning appeared in the Sent box along with the new one.
I think you should have them now.
Congratulations - Your Entry has been Recommended for the Edited Guide!
