Having multiple girlfriends is not a new writers problem. Keeping it as funny and tongue in cheek as possible is a must. A french farce style story would be best to keep it from disaster. The timing has to be just right and the women compliant. They are two of the ingredients for any farce.

Humour is difficult - it can so easily be dull on one side, or offensive on the other.
I'm afraid I don't find this funny- probably because I'm female. OK, I could be being narrow minded, old-fashioned or spinsterish, but you do risk offending all the women that read it.

This character reminds me of the protagonist in a wonderful old movie called, I think, 'Switch'.
The plot of the movie: A love-'em'-and-leave-'em, thoroughly obnoxious cad has finally offended too many women. Three of his exes get together and murder him in his hot tub. (You are glad.) He dies and goes to the Judgement Throne.
It turns out that God is a couple...who knew? They decide to give him another chance. In Their mercy, They send him back to Earth...
...as a woman. Now, aside from the fun of watching Ellen Barkin pretend she can't walk in high heels, the rest of the movie is fun, because this person has to get one female person to love her for herself...the punchline is awesome...
Rent it, folks, it's a great Valentine's Day movie. And your date (if you're male) might decide you weren't an MCP.

You are right! Only the French could pull off this farce. The acting would have to be exceptional as would the timing. I am reminded of Laurence Oliver's advice to an established actor trying to do humour.
"Timing Old Boy. Timing is everything!"

Yes it is funny because justice is served on a male who is getting what he deserves. This is the intent of my farce because, of course, you just know that this cad is going to get it in the end. Revenge is best served cold. In fact, I saw just such a person get what he deserved, He was involved with a very young woman and I guessed his age at about forty five. This young woman was talking at the top of her voice in a city coffee shop and embarassing the hell out of this man. Its then that you realise the absurd relationships just make the male seem sad.

You make a good point. It is hard for men to know where to draw the line. My story is only meant to be a starting point. If there is an offensive tone to the story then this is unintentional. Perhaps giving the male a bigger age disadvantage may get across the absurd nature of this situation. I am reminded of a line from a song by Hootey and the Blowfish which goes,
"You laugh when I look at younger girls."
That is the absurdity of male fanatasies exposed in one line.
Great scriptwriting may be needed to get that humour of the absurd
across in a farce. The ending will be crucial. Perhaps even a countdown subplot.

An excellent story. I really liked the cocky male arrogance.
The ending was very well done.
Congratulations on nailing it.
Should make a good one act play.
