I call this a good scenario for a story - it gives writers a range of ways to take their story.

But it's not really a story, with plot and characters. Do you mean to write the story yourself, or set it as a challenge to others?

January is going to be science and science fiction month. Would you consider setting this outline as a story challenge in the new workshop?

It is meant as a challenge for writers. I come up with these ideas but do not want to impose my cultural limits on any story development.
It is up to serious writers to make of it what they can. I am just the spark they are the fire!
