I believe this project is done. Maybe the H2G2 page A743591 should reflect that.

Well you can post there, as in a conversation at the bottom of the Entry. As Cefpret has elvised, he's not around the change the wording of the page. I can't do it, as a Curator I can only edit Edited Guide entries, and my own entries.
You could copy the code and make a new page, reflecting your above post, of course.
Hopefully people will search for a particular constellation and count that there are 88 links (89 with Gnomon's overview) in the navigation banner

This forum is at the bottom of that article.
I was unaware that Projects under the banner of the h2g2 Astronomical Society were not changable by the current leader
Or is Cepfret that person?

Click on A743591 what "edit" button do you see? I see "submit for review".
If I were Cefpret it would say "edit" (as all my own unedited articles do)
I am unaware who the "current leader" is
and whoever they are, they would not have control over A743591
