I've seen that link...
Have nothing to add to Mr. Porridge!
'Son of Fiction Central' would be a utopia, collecting every bit of fiction possible on h2g2!

I was going to say something about GetWriting, but I tried it a little while ago and wasn't overly impressed with the way they handle fiction. Maybe thats unfair, but I would prefer if they promoted the creation of longer stories.
Thats where we'd fit in. And that we'd be making more off beat stories.
How about I create an account for Fiction Central II, and I give you the password, and we take it from there. Particularly as we were the last ones hanging around the original fiction central when it died

'The Exhumers'
I'd go with that...
By the by... you read (PLUG!) Tale of the Cape??
With Fiction Cetral's Illegitimate Son... I'd basically be scouting stories.. you'd have to do the GuideML creativity!

Not yet, I'm too busy in these conversations
I'll go have a look now, and then I'll create the account "The Exhumers".

I liked that Tales of the Cape. Very original.
I think I'll just call the account the Story finders for now. Not a great name but it'll do for set up purposes.
*goes off to set up the account*

Oh come on!
At least 'Sons of Fiction Central!'
The Story Finders? That's practically StoryMakers!

I've created it : U531821
Not a lot there at the moment, but there will be...
Have you got an e-mail address, or somewhere I can send you the username and password for the account?

Will you put your address up?
I don't give mine to the world!
A812837 - Life and Artfeld McNalty - Part One
Terran Posted Nov 16, 2003
I don't give my real one to anyone except those I know in real life. I thought you might have had another one for h2g2.
Mine is full of junkmail anyway, what can a few dozen more hurt?
Its : [email protected]
I've had that one since I started up the "Welcome to Terrania" page. Its the only one I've ever put on site, and it might as well be the one to talk to people with.

But it's not really an adventure story is it?
I'm talking:
Terran looked up at his soldiers. 'It's gonna blow...'
The privates scattered, Terran burst into a sprint to get away from the etc...

Nice combination of the names
We might want something more relevant later, but I'll go with that name
So... where do we start? Do you think we should move away from this thread, and stop cluttering up the AWW?

Gratuitous plugging thread? Why?

Its just that I am a miner, and my contemporaries are probably peeved enough with me, without cluttering up the AWW
