In my opinion this should be removed from the Flea Market.

I've not been to Texas and have never been in a Texas Wannabe Bar, but I feel I recognise the underlying universal truth in this article: that nothing is faker than something trying to be 'genuinely authentic'.

I don't think there's enough here at the moment for the article to work as it is, but if I had to rescue this, I could see it working as forming the basis of an article entitled something like 'Irish Pubs, American Diners and Texas Wannabe Bars'. There's a similar phenomenon of Irish Pubs (and indeed British Pubs) found outside Ireland and Britain. I've been to an Irish Pub in Cyprus and a 'British Pub' in America which was in a thatched cottage and had a menu consisting of things like 'British Yorkshire Pudding', 'British All Day English Breakfast', 'British Fish and Chips' 'British English Tea' (rather than Yorkshire Pudding, Full English Breakfast, Fish 'n' Chips and tea) and the whole place went so out of the way to be 'British' that there was nothing else in the world it was furthest from.

This article is about a not really thought out, researched or accurate stereotype in solid form - imagine if I opened a 'Genuine Austrian Pub' with the only meal available is schnitzel, saurkraut and chips, the only drink are pints of Guinness, all the barmaids are dressed as nuns and the soundtrack from 'The Sound of Music' playing in the background.

Yes, I know what you mean. I just think there isn't enough in this Entry to really build the foundation of a new one. Although an Entry about this topic could, as you say, be interesting.
