Your recipe serves how many?
Serve with what (rice, breads, side dishes?)
What would you drink with it?
How much butter/cream?
What kind of pan would you cook it/serve it in?
My view is that this looks a bit over-spiced. 2 tsp each of coriander and paprika could be a bit overpowering in just 1 tin of tomatoes. 2tsp of turmeric on the other hand looks about a tsp too much.
I'm sure you can make much quicker versions of this dish - do you have any tips for cooks with less time?
Mu Beta's a bit of a foodie, so I hope he'll drop in.
