Hi C-L. Nice to see you on hootoo, and in Peer Review 
I'm not sure that a 'bald' recipe is what is required in PR 
Perhaps an intro paragraph explaining what a rogan josh is, why it has that name, and what distinguishes it from other curry recipes would be the thing 
I have recently discovered that a supermarket W---r--e sells all the spices required for certain Indian dishes, pre-packed. The packet has a list of the other ingredients/quantities needed, together with cooking instructions. Their kit for lamb rogan josh is par excellence
