I think you should move the definition of trolling out of the footnote into the main text, since it is crucial to the understanding of the entry.

2/10 is unnecessarily harsh. Hold your head high, it's a good fun read.

I played it close to the line, and it didn't quite come off. Still Pin got a bit of constructive criticism in there and Rich seemed to like it.

I think it is. There are a few curly apostrophes, and a couple of places where double quotes were used instead of single, but these are easily sorted by the sub.
