Feel free to put any sort of header you want. "Our Hero The Robin", "Cheeky Bird" and so on. The headings I suggested were far to boring. I just would like the headers to represent the section rather than being throwaway comments. There are other ways of presenting throwaway comments.

I've finished over-haul...I hope this has improved the entry. Though, I may now have too many headings.
There's bound to be a few typos and grammar errors.

I think it looks better now. Personally, I'd combine the two sections "Beware of the cat" and "Wildlife and Countryside Act" together and call the new section "This is an ex-Robin", but that's just me.
I'll have a detailed look for spelling etc, but it looks pretty ok.

about 57% of eggs --> about 60% of eggs (57 is too precise to be 'about')
Typos and grammar: your main problems is using commas when you should have semicolons or even separate sentences.
the males activity --> the male's activity
when the chicks become fledglings, it will be --> when the chicks become fledglings; it will be
the fledgling are --> the fledglings are
cared by their parents --> cared for by their parents
mortality rate is high only about --> mortality rate is high: only about
fledglings, of those many --> fledglings; of those many
to intentionally to kill --> intentionally to kill
Britains National Bird --> Britain's National Bird
not as sociable --> not as sociable.

>"There's bound to be a few typos and grammar errors" I meant typos and punctuation D'oh. My brain was fuzzled, or should that be fizzled.
Anyway, you knew what I meant, Gnomon, all points sorted.

Haven't had 'quality time' to contribute to this discussion yet. However, the robin is such a well-liked and popular bird that there must be lots of folklore associated with it, whicch you haven't mentioned. None springs immediately to mind but, for e.g. if you consider the magpie, it's considered bad luck not to encounter a magpie without calling out a jovial "Good Morning Mr Magpie".
Also, with the wren, these were ritually hunted in many parts of Britain on Dec26th in belief that wrens had prevented St Stephen from escaping captoivity, by alerting guards.
My point is that there must be similar things that apply to robins.

According to http://www.landisvalleymuseum.org/info_folklore.htm there is a Pennsylvania Dutch tradition that the robin got its red breast because it gave a drink to Christ as he died on the cross, and it brushed against his wounds.
According to Brewer's Dictionary of Phrase and Fable (http://www.bartleby.com/81/14398.html) the robin got its red breast when it pulled a thorn from Christ's crown of thorns.

I'll see what I can find later. Only thing I remember was was reference to 'Who killed cock robin'

I don't have a contract to teach anywhere on Fridays, although the school where I teach 0.4 of a timetable very often manages to top me up with 'supply'. However, they haven't got any for me today, which is good coz Mrs RBA and I are off out to do some Christmas shopping.

I'm trying to work out something in GuideML that I really should know.
I want the below sentence as two lines, not one as it is in the entry.
Hurt a robin or a wran
Never prosper boy or man
I've tried using ~ and but it's stubbonly remaining as one sentence.
What simple thing have I over-looked please?
