A Conversation for Black Holes

Here's a theory...
According to Newton's 3rd Law, for every action there is an equal and opposite reation. This brings we to a question about black holes, which suck matter (and supposedly time) out of the universe.
Well, if time and matter are sucked out of the universe, then they must be restored. This is where the idea of a 'white hole' comes in. A white hole, which restores time and matter to the universe, keeping the celestial balance. If you think this idea is absurd, then I ask you.. if there wasnt somehting restoring matter, wouldnt black holes have sucked up everything in their unlimited time in the universe before man? Maybe I've just been watching too many alte night sci-fi shows, but It's a serius theory and idea nonetheless. PLease reply and tell me whether or not you think this could be a real possibility.
