I think someone should see if this should be removed from the FM.

But just because it isn't about something I have knowledge or experience on and I've no idea what it is going on about doesn't mean that it can't be rescued - but I have no objection to it being removed from the Flea Market if someone else seconds its removal.

That said, it's been in the Flea Market for a decade with no interest shown. Comments in Peer Review also agreed it was hard to read. If this is difficult to understand it isn't likely to be rescued.

I think we'll wait a week to see if anyone stands up to defend this article or volunteer to rescue it, and if no-one does, remove it then.

I was pleasantly surprised to see that 3 people responded to the 'Last Chance to Rescue' thread to defend this article and say that they felt it had potential, so we'll keep this for now.
