Joe can't join in on the seperate convo if he doesn't understand the letter to Laura thingy.
Cat and real Laura write letters to each other except usually they only mangage to get one or 2 in a year cause they always forget...

Looking at the thread Ged wondered that if Joe is now Laura, then does mean that somewhere there is Laura who is now called Joe?

Laura is Cat's English cousin. Joe is also English, and apparently has a similar skin complexion to that of Laura. Therefore, Joe has been renamed Laura.

Liz joins the conversation two hours after everyone else has left it and wonders why she always manages to arrive so late at these things. Still, she is having rather a nice day because all her colleagues are out and so she can listen to the radio all day and do even less work than she normally does.
