It was quite definitely Tron.
Sorry for leavin' you hangin' there Jim, but I just got here. Fave line from that movie was, "now THAT is a big door!" We have a few that size where I work, too - every time we go through one I'm sore tempted to quote that line, but nobody gets the reference.

'Fave line from that movie was, "now THAT is a big door!"'
Really? That's actually my favourite line, but I thought it was even more obscure than the abacus one. i feel slightly better now...

Sorry about that. Went away and came back without refreshing.
"Badges... we don't want no stinking badges"
This is very familiar. If it were out yet (or even in production) I would have said 'Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire'. I can't hazard a guess, though.

Not Treasure of Sierra Madre.
Say the words with a mexican accent, and think comedy. Do you need more clues?

The Mexican!
I'd say Cheech & Chong's Something-or-other, but I've not actually seen any of them so I don't know which.

If it weren't for the 'she', I'd suggest Shrek. Never mind.

Not Shrek
A clue? I am unable to tell you the identity of the speaker. Oh, and we are in the same(ish) part of the world as the last film...
