Good question but having just walked up the stairs and seen big Zora leaning over the balcony, could not there be more than one meaning to the word 'hangover'?

Are you back with us czardene? Did I remember to wish you a happy New Year? Is not looking up and seeing the most wonderful sight (already mentioned) rather better than worrying why?

Happy New Year P.B.S. Yes I do understand what you are saying, but, do you agree that when you have seen two, you have seen the lot?smiley - cheers

No - I totally disagree and even if it were true, isn't the whole driving force in life the faint possibility that there might be something new? I have been luky enough to have had some very agreeable surprises in my life - does this mean that I should stop? And if you had looked up and seen the lady leaning over the balcony - might you not have thought mmmmmm?

Your apetite for looking at ladies' bits?

Why does the entire publishing, fashion and women's magazine industry spend a fortune on accentuating, enhanccing and generally drawing attention to 'women's bits' if we poor men are not allowed to look? If the alternative is the Saudi/Taliban life , where the main work for women is wielding an indelible felt-tipped pen - isn't life a lot duller?

For the men or the women? It seems the same either way for women - either way they are forced to work in degrading jobs, aren't they?

An odd question - do I have an answer? Here - Casablanca - are not the women harder working than the men? If I go to work and see a beautiful woman (also going to work and of which there are lots hers) - am I not allowed to think 'that's nice'?

Nick_Em (not_him)

Well, you are allowed to think that, I think the question is, should you? Shouldn't we judge people not by outward appearances but as an entire person?

Don’t we fool ourselves if we pretend? If I look at a Ducati, a Faberge Egg, a primrose or the Taj Mahal, am I not allowed to think; ‘That’s nice’?

Can we afford to/it?

Money is money but isn't a thing of beauty, beautiful - regardless of the cost? Can I not appreciate that something is beautiful even though I cannot afford to own it? Isn't real appreciation in the knowledge that we cannot own the most beautiful things?
