Alternatively you can use . To see the name of any smileys you like just point to it with the cursor.
Sorry I got the editpage thing wrong. I use the alabaster skin myself, and all the buttons are in different places. So even old hands are still learning stuff.

you can find more interesting smileys by clicking 'the smiley index' or going here: http://www.bbc.co.uk/dna/h2g2/brunel/Smiley. that way, if you *really* wanted to, you could actually toss fruit at another researcher:
but welcome to h2g2! have a and on us.

I would just like to warn researchers subscribed to <./>How Do I?</.> that Mickey Mouse is possibly the researcher known as Liam (amongst other things).
Liam has been causing a number of problems on h2g2 including impersonating paramedics, internet police; setting up multiple IDs and help groups fro newbies, but then behaving in an unhelpful manner; lying to researchers about his multiple IDs. Eventually his overall behaviour started to cause alot of confusion and aggravation amongst the researchers who were concerned about his actions and/or were trying to help him (including ACEs and GAs)
He has had guide entries and personal spaces removed via moderation, has been yikesed a number of times, and some researchers are starting to talk about having him banned. I have asked the H2G2 Team for clarification about offical intervention here: F17555?thread=375949
