i don't understand

i am currently hating sitting at my desk ,waiting to go home ....Mondays are such a drag

i'm trying to ignore it being Monday on the basis that I've got band practice tonight so if I just ignore the fact I'm at w*rk in the meantime, i can concentrate on having fun tonight

All I can suggest is that you try to ignore them...

I've solved the Monday-itis feeling. I've recently taken up golf and we meet every Monday morning, so now I have something to look forward to on a Monday and it's not such a 'thing' any more

That's it, you're out of the club!

OK, I'll go. But don't think this is an end to it! I'm going to open up a 'I hate every other day of the week except Monday Club'.

Don't fight.

There's no fighting, if you like Mondays you're not in the club. I am the secretary and in lieu of the chairman being apparent, I must uphold the rules.

I'm okay now, it's not monday right now.

I'm too busy to hate mondays though. I'm writing a novel in a month. 50000 words in 30 days. I can say that i've got no life left. Even if i have nearly got 10% down.

I pent the entire of sunday writing

Then every eventing for about 1500 words

(I meant to say 20%, not being big headed or anything)

I would procrastinate for at least 26 of those days...

Maybe, but then i don't have an excuse not to work.

Fun fact, it's actually quite hard to coordinate between three different wabsites in different conversations.

I'm back, partly to annoy Robyn, but also 'cos I can't be bothered to set up a new thread.

I still don't mind Monday's generally, but this coming one I'm on a course in Oxford all day, so I'm not too happy about that. Sitting in a stuffy seminar room all day and suffering mass catering and stewed coffee is not my idea of fun - let alone having to drive 55 miles each way in the rush hour (have YOU ever tried to drive round the Oxford Ring Road in the rush hour? It's qiucker to crawl)

Annoy away, I had my dose of being annoyed at the weekend, you're a breeze by comparison. Sorry!

Today was... Busy. I wanted to stay in bed, had to run for buses, stop to get change, missed my connecting bus so I was late for work, and when I got here found a nasty knot that needed untangling and an incompetent foreman struggling to cope...

So unfortunately I have a feeling of success and achievment most unsuited to a monday



Still cant wait for it to be finished though...
