used to smoke forty fags a day, any brand but not lights. Then I stopped and it was easy. I went six months without the slightest urge to smoke. Then, after a really successfull trade show, someone passed round cigars at dinner...... dangnabbit !!!

I now smoke 40 cafe creme cigars a day and I just can't kick them.

However, I just can't stand smoking a cigarette. I just taste the chemicals when I try and it makes me sick for about two days.

Please somebody tell me that my cigars are pure tobacco with no nasty chemicals.

Compared to cigs they're pure. Compared to the plant... maybe not. But i agree not to smoke lights: they just have a bit less nicotine, not necessarily any other changes. I don't smoke, and don't want to. but i sell quite a few cigs at work.

At home I like a Golden Virginia, rolled in Green Rizla, with a slimline filter. Used to like a more herbal smoke of an evening

Can't anymore, weed too strong, resin too nasty and horrid, and have to set an example to my teenagers..

I started smoking when I was 13 - Untipped Woodbines and Capstan Full Strength that I used to nick from my Granddad, and smoke with my cousins after Sunday School, but I soon graduated to Benson and Hedges. a packet of ten cost abound half-a-crown (twelve and a half pence) but most newsagents would sell single cigarettes to kids for a few pennies. But I always remember the pure sensual pleasure in opening a packet of Bensons, the shrink wrapped cellophane peeled away, and the flip-top packaging gently prised back, (What a marvel of engineering was the modern fag packet) but there was still another barrier between my final goal - the most delicate and aromatic gold tissue paper hiding the objects of my desire, and when the paper had been removed, it revealed in beautiful geometric ranks, ten cylinders of sensory perfection.

When I would go up to Vancouver B.C. I alway's bought a few packs of Players. I liked the box they came in.

I started with Players and Bennie and Hedgehogs, moved on to the foul marlboro light (now silver?) before upgrading to tastier reds interspersed with much cheaper Beaumont (viccy wines own brand) A couple years dalliance with Embassy and Regal (possibly the Welsh national fag) Brief try of mayfair and years of alternating golden vag, drum and scutters choice. Possibly smoked less than 10 Milk Sluts in my life. Smoked pretty much every variety of weed along the way. Still like smoking but finally quit politically - i just dont want to give money to those evil bastards.

Here in Washington State, they raised the tax on a pack of smokes (cigs, fags, etc.)$1.00 a couple months ago. They now cost about $6.00 a pack. (20 to a pack)I smoke Swisher Sweets now because I can get them for $18.00 a carton. (10 packs) A carton of say Marlboro's or Camels are close to $60.00 a carton.
