Yep, an American's view of England was interesting, often we have guide books for UK people going abroad saying "Don't drink the water", etc , but rarely see a guide book for someone coming to UK, most aren't in English anyway. Hypatia had a specific list of things she wanted to do and eat, so her view as someone from abroad was interestng!
